In the event of making a purchase of any of UGLY DUCKLING’s products through the website www.uglyduckling.mx/en, all users will be subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Availability: the products offered in www.uglyduckling.mx/en are subject to availability, which will be shown in each product, indicating the available sizes of the same. In case it is not possible to supply any product, please contact us at [email protected] and we will gladly help you to find the best solution.
- Exchanges and returns: Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to make exchanges or returns on swimsuits. Check the return and exchange policy for more information.
- Product warranty: A 7-day warranty is granted for manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. To make the warranty valid, you can contact us by e-mail at [email protected] to provide you with shipping instructions and a solution. UGLY DUCKLING undertakes to provide a response within 5 working days.
- Payment Processing: When you make a purchase at www.uglyduckling.mx/en, payments are processed by Operadora PayPal de México, S. de R.L. de C.V. (hereinafter, “Paypal”), depending on the payment option you choose. Once you have completed the purchase we will validate the payment directly with Paypal; Once the payment is validated, we will send you an order confirmation email.
- Use and protection of personal data associated with payment methods: Paypal is responsible for the use and protection of personal data collected in connection with any purchase on www.uglyduckling.mx/en. Paypal’s Privacy Policy can be reviewed at https://www.paypal.com/mx/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full?locale.x=es_MX. UGLY DUCKLING does not have access to customer payment information.
- Service hours: UGLY DUCKLING is available 24/7. For order processing, any purchase whose payment validation is confirmed after 1 pm will be processed the following business day; orders received on Saturday and Sunday, as well as official holidays, will be processed the following business day.
- Delivery of goods: once the order has been confirmed, the delivery of goods will be made by parcel service, for which we need to have complete delivery data (name of the recipient, address and telephone number). Any clarification on the status of your shipment you can send an email to [email protected] or you can check directly with the company in charge of the shipment, indicating the tracking number that we will provide you. In case of error in the address entered, we are not responsible for delays in delivery. All items are packaged for your care and protection. If it is a gift, let us know so we can include a detail and special message. Check our shipping policy for more information. Same day delivery, only available in CDMX if the order is placed before 14:00 hrs.
- Invoicing: in case you require an invoice, please contact us at [email protected] to request it no later than the last day of the calendar month in which the purchase was made. We will not be able to issue invoices requested after the last day of the month in which the purchase was made.
