1. Due to hygiene issues, no exchanges or refunds will be made on swimsuits. Please check the size guide before making your purchase.

2. Complementary products are subject to exchange or return in case of manufacturing defect. To make an exchange effective, the product must be in the same condition in which it was sent, with no signs of having been used, washed or soiled. It must have the original labels, including the composition and brand labels.

3. Returns are made through a coupon that can be used in our online store, valid for three months from the date on which the merchandise in question is received. The refund will be made for the same amount paid, including products on sale or clearance.

4. Shipping costs caused by exchanges are not covered by us, unless it is a return due to a manufacturing defect.

5. For swimsuits you have 7 (calendar) days from the date you receive your merchandise to file any claim for manufacturing defect.
For complementary products you have 7 (calendar) days from receipt of your order to file any claim for manufacturing defect or physical change.
